First Day - Live!

Well, we made it through the first day.  No hiccups, no web issues and a bunch of quotes -- hooray!

Tip of the day:

When selling bikes over $1,000 retail, make one of your first questions a question about a trade-in.  Something like -- "Did you know that we will give you a trade-in for your current bike?  Maybe with a trade-in you can upgrade to the next model up!"  Seems simple, but it works!
